Keko in Munich

I like to come here for the breakfast buffet, which is offered on weekends.

We had a very nice evening at the Keko. Very attentive service, the menu was there as soon as you sat down, we didn't wait long for the order to be taken, we didn't have to wait long for the drinks or the food. And the food was delicious! The starter made of roasted aubergine, with flatbread (which we didn't even get charged for after two baskets) and the vegetarian dishes on the weekly menu were just as good as the sea bream. All in all, finally an all-round positive gastro experience in Munich! We'll be back as soon as you open again! Until then, all the best :-)

Very nice, simple restaurant with a good atmosphere and vibe. Not too crowded when I was there, but just right to feel you're out and about. Service was friendly and efficient plus the food was very tasty with good vege, fish and meat options.

Great cuisine and great service. Turkish cuisine at it's best in a Bavarian ambience. I strongly recommend trying the milk veal liver from the starter menu !!!

I absolutely cannot understand all the good reviews! We had to wait, wait, and wait again. Wait for the menu, wait 20 minutes for drinks and expect nothing else ... Wait for the food too, so that 2 hours have passed. Each time a different waitress came who sometimes had no idea what the colleague had recorded beforehand. One meal was completely forgotten and the second round of drinks! In order to finally be able to pay, we had to get up because we were forgotten again and just couldn't wait to WAIT! The rest then gave us that everything that was forgotten was on the bill ?! Well, the one star is too much, so to speak. Thanks for nothing.

Food is here incredibly good. I am Turkish and even when I compere with Restaurants in Turkey, here is really good. Fish, kebab, meze are super delicious. I have been many times, each time is amazing. Service is super friendly like in Turkey. I advice to everyone who like Mediterranean and Eastern cuisine.

A very nice restaurant to have a nice evening with friends or family. The food was very tasty. I had ordered an Adana Kebab and the meat tasted of quality. In the end, the three of us came to € 57 (2 main courses, 2 starters, 1 salad and 3 drinks). Unfortunately no 5 star rating because everything took too long due to the high number of guests.

A very cozy place to have dinner. Food is delicious and the cocktail was amazing. The waiters are super courteous and friendly. I highly recommend to book this place in advance and also ask for a place to sit outside. The restaurant has outdoor sitting available. The staff today forgot our drinks and hence offered the same to us on the house. It’s super kind of them. You can park your car at the opposite parking place.

Everything is right here. Very good service from the reservation to the invoice. Attentive, not pushy and charming, the service employee is excellent! A special request was met without problems. The food is also very good, cooking points well hit, well and elegantly seasoned. The prices are good for the quality. We recommend!

It's a nice little restaurant. Delicious Turkish dishes. Small outside terrace. I like brunch there on Sundays. I would always make a reservation. Nice ambience and nice hosts.

Food was tasty and big portions, unfortunately the price seemed quite high.

It was our favorite meal in Munich. I can't say anything compares to a meal in Turkey but this was pretty satisfying in terms of flavor & selection. I would have loved to try more of the menu but the mixed warm appetizer plate & kunefe dessert with Turkish tea were definitely our highlights.

Lovely Turkish food, nice guys running the place. Popped in on a busy night and was accommodated without any fuss.

Very good food and the most friendly staff. It is one of our favorite restaurants in the city.

Nice location next to the Mariahilfplatz. They offer the free parking in the parking lot across the street. Inside it is decorated in classic Turkish way :) But during the summer period I would recommend to reserve the table outside. Staff was very friendly. The food was delicious, especially the Istanbul and Balik Salads. In the end Baklava and Raki hit the spot right on :)

The food and its presentation is great. Tastes delicious and is absolutely sufficient by amount. Yet, it does feel a bit pricey. But the star missing from perfection is due to the extreme noisiness: it seemed to get louder and louder while we were there. The noise is probably caused by poor acoustics of the room, so everyone tries to talk louder than the other. And in the background you could hear the bass of music humming which probably added to it. Not sure if the owners can do anything about it. But you can't plan on having a calm conversation here. Come for the food: yes! Perhaps come earlier when it's less crowded.

Delicious food with interesting fish and meat options. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. The only reason I took a star off is because there was only one vegetarian main on the special and a salad available!
